Private Client
We are looking to recruit a full time Private Client lawyer on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will need to be able to manage a varied caseload from instruction to conclusion with minimal supervision but within a supported environment. The role is not supported by a full time secretary but the candidate will have access to voice recognition/outsourcing and some administrative assistance.
Responsibilities
• Will drafting
• Preparing lasting powers of attorney
• Administering estates
• Probate matters
• Tax planning
• Advising on inheritance tax provisions
We are happy to consider solicitors or legal executives with 3+ years’ PQE. Technical proficiency in all aspects of private client work and an ability to explain complex matters in clear, accessible language is essential. Ability to work independently and within a team is required.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience and will be based on a package of basic salary with realistic and achievable bonus.

Residential/Commercial Conveyancer
We are looking to recruit a full time residential/commercial property lawyer on a fixed term 12 month contract with a view to the role becoming permanent depending on workloads and performance. The successful candidate will need to be able to manage a busy and varied caseload including freehold and leasehold transactions, new build, shared ownership, help to buy, lease extensions, etc from instruction to conclusion with minimal supervision but within a supported environment. The role is not supported by a full time secretary but the candidate will have access to voice recognition/outsourcing and some administrative assistance.
We are happy to consider a solicitor or legal executive or licenced conveyancer with 3+ years’ PQE. Technical proficiency in all aspects of residential/commercial conveyancing and an ability to explain all matters in clear, accessible language is essential. Ability to work independently and within a team is required.
